Work hard and be nice to people. That probably sums up who I am and how I approach life and design. My love for creativity started early. Growing up in Stockholm, Sweden, I was always drawing, illustrating, and exploring ideas through imagination. That passion eventually took me to Los Angeles in 1996, where I followed my dream of studying art (and maybe one day working for Disney ;-)). After graduating with a BFA in Illustration from Cal State Long Beach, I continued my journey as a graphic designer, Illustrator, art director, and brand designer in LA and later Amsterdam where I'm still currently residing with my wonderful wife and 2 kids. Today, after more than 20 years of working with brands, I’m still fascinated by the power of visual identity. I love taking a story, an idea, or a vision and crafting it into something distinct and memorable. From sketching a logo to building an entire visual world, I enjoy finding the balance between strategy, storytelling, and solving a business challenge with creativity. And the journey continues. I’m still just as curious as I was when I first picked up a pencil, always exploring new ideas, learning from different disciplines, and discovering how design can shape the way we experience the world. The joy is still in the process: creating, experimenting, and bringing ideas to life.
